This Cookie Policy explains how E-Solution Professionals Pty Ltd (“Tireweb”) uses cookies and similar technologies on tireweb.com and the Tireweb platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

Short version. We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand which parts of the site are useful. You can disable non-essential cookies at any time using the controls in your browser.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things about you — like that you're logged in, what's in your cart, or which language you prefer — and help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) work in much the same way and we treat them under the same policy.

2. Why we use them

We use cookies to:

  • Keep you signed in to the Tireweb dealer or admin portal.
  • Remember your preferences — region, currency, sort order, viewed products.
  • Keep your cart and order in flight between page loads.
  • Measure performance — page load times, error rates, traffic patterns.
  • Help with security — detect abuse, brute-force attempts, and suspicious activity.
  • Improve marketing — measure which campaigns bring useful traffic (only with your consent where required).

3. Types of cookies we use

Category What it does Lifetime
Strictly necessary Session ID, CSRF token, login state, load balancer routing. The site does not function without these. Session – 30 days
Preferences Remembers UI choices: language, currency, default warehouse, recently viewed tires. Up to 1 year
Analytics Aggregated, mostly anonymised usage data via Google Analytics. Helps us see which pages and features are working. Up to 2 years
Marketing Set by Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn to measure ad performance and (where you consent) show relevant ads on other sites. Up to 13 months

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties we work with to provide or measure the service. We don't control these cookies; you should review each provider's own policy.

5. Manage your preferences

You can block, delete, or set notifications for cookies at any time using your browser settings. The strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in cannot be turned off without breaking parts of the site.

  • Manage cookies in Chrome
  • Manage cookies in Firefox
  • Manage cookies in Safari
  • Manage cookies in Edge

For ad-related cookies specifically, you can also opt out via the Network Advertising Initiative or the Your Online Choices portal.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry consensus on how to interpret DNT, so we treat it as informational rather than a binding instruction. We honour valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where they apply to opting out of sale or sharing of personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves or as the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we'll surface a banner on the site.
