Tireweb + AutoOps: Tire Shopping and Appointment Booking Now in One Flow

Tireweb TireSearch and Retail now integrate with AutoOps. Customers shop for tires, book their install appointment, and complete checkout without leaving your site.

One of the most common friction points in the online tire buying experience is the gap between selecting tires and booking an installation appointment. A customer finds the tires they want, adds them to their cart, and then discovers they have to go somewhere else entirely to book the install — a separate phone call, a separate form, a separate system. That gap creates drop-off, and drop-off means lost sales.

Tireweb now integrates with AutoOps to close that gap. When a customer selects tires through Tireweb TireSearch or Tireweb Retail, AutoOps launches at the scheduling step to handle appointment booking — and the customer completes checkout back in Tireweb without ever leaving your site.

How the Integration Works

The AutoOps integration is built around a clean division of responsibility between the two platforms: Tireweb owns the product, the pricing, and the payment. AutoOps owns the scheduling experience.

Here's the customer journey:

  1. The customer selects their tires in TireSearch or Tireweb Retail as usual
  2. At the scheduling step, AutoOps launches as a popup — right over your site, no new tab, no redirect
  3. The customer's tire selection, vehicle details, and service type carry through automatically into AutoOps, so they don't have to re-enter information
  4. The customer picks their preferred appointment time from your shop's real availability
  5. AutoOps returns the booking confirmation and the popup closes
  6. The customer completes payment and order confirmation back in Tireweb

The entire journey — tire selection, appointment booking, checkout — happens in one continuous flow. For the customer it feels seamless. Behind the scenes, each platform is handling exactly what it does best.

What AutoOps Brings to the Experience

AutoOps is part of the Steer CRM family and is purpose-built for auto repair and tire shop scheduling. It provides a polished, dedicated appointment booking experience that covers service selection, customer and vehicle capture, time slot selection, and confirmation — all in a workflow that tire shops don't have to build and maintain themselves.

When AutoOps launches within a Tireweb checkout, it opens with the customer's context already populated: the service is pre-selected as a tire install, vehicle details are passed through, and tire information is carried into the notes field. The customer's task is simply to confirm the service and pick a time — the heavy lifting of data entry is already done.

What Stays in Tireweb

Pricing, payment, and order confirmation stay entirely within Tireweb. AutoOps handles only the scheduling step. This means your revenue flow, your transaction data, and your customer payment experience are not affected — AutoOps plugs into the checkout flow at one specific point and hands back to Tireweb immediately after the booking is confirmed.

For shops already using AutoOps for general appointment booking, the Tireweb integration adds a new channel — online tire shopping — that feeds into the same scheduling system. Appointments booked through Tireweb appear alongside appointments booked through any other AutoOps channel.

Getting Started

If you're an existing Tireweb TireSearch or Retail customer and you're already using AutoOps, connecting the two platforms is straightforward. If you're not yet using AutoOps, it's worth exploring as a scheduling solution — particularly if you currently handle appointment booking manually or through a basic form.
